Gaga at Hidden Temple

Gaga dance classes are predicated on a deep activation of the body and physical sensations. Invitations are curated to increase awareness of and further amplify sensation, and rather than turning from one prompt to another, information is layered, building into a multisensory, physically enlightening experience. While many instructions are imbued with rich imagery, the research of Gaga is fundamentally physical.

Inside this shared research, the improvisational nature of Gaga’s explorations invites movers to develop deeper connections with their own movement, both inside of, and beyond, the studio.

All are welcome.

upcoming dates: April 17, May 1, May 15, June 5, June 19
time: 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Recreating the way young children learn new motor skills, these classes provide a safe environment to let go of habitual, unconscious, and unnecessary muscular work. Grounded in neuroscience, physics, martial arts, and psychology, the Feldenkrais Method® offers a direct and effective means to attain greater ease, comfort, and stability in all of your physical activities. A regular Feldenkrais practice is great for improving coordination and flexibility, decreasing anxiety and stress, refining performance in your favorite athletic or creative pursuits, as well as injury prevention and recovery.
